Creaseys' Classic Country Cuisine - Order

Phone Orders 1-304-482-7540

Our Products
The jars are labeled by hand, re-boxed by hand and delivered by hand. This is why you might pay a little more for our pickles than for "store bought" pickles. We take the necessary time, use the best spices, sugars and vinegars, and do it the old fashioned way…..by hand….one jar at the time. This is why we think our pickled products are the best you can buy anywhere. As for Aunt Marge's Million Dollar Pickles, they can be used as a garnish, on a relish tray, eaten out of the jar like candy, or finely chopped, in place of relish, in various salads such as chicken, ham, potato, macaroni, cheese, and pasta salads. Be sure to add a little pickle juice to your salads to increase moisture and add a little more sweetness.

Shipping
Please allow 4-5 working days for UPS delivery in the US. West Virginia residents will be charged the standard 6% sales tax. All other states and Canada are not charged sales tax. Click here for shipping rates

"John Boy's Honey Habenero Mustard" is now served exclusively at The Hill House Pizza Pub & Sprts Bar located on Emerson Ave. in Parkersburg, WV.

aunt marge's million dollar pickles

Aunt Marge's Milion Dollar Pickles

These pickles are the pride and inspiration behind Creasey's Classic Country Cuisine. They take a lot of intense work to make..…..ten days and nights to be exact, but we think they are well worth it. These are the sweet pickles of the olden days when grandma made them in a crock in the cellar. They are very sweet, to say the least, and about as crunchy a pickle as you will ever eat. This recipe calls for almost as much sugar, pound for pound, as it does cucumbers, not quite, but almost. (In West Virginia vernacular: "'Pert near, but not plumb"). A lot of stirring, draining, heating, cooling, more draining, more stirring, rinsing, measuring, spicing, and syruping goes on in those ten days and nights before the pickles are actually canned and ready for use. Sure, we could come up with some shortcuts, we are after all food professionals and have been for years so we could trick you, but that is not what our company is about. That is what makes us different from the mega-pickle producers. We do things the old fashioned way…..by hand. Each cucumber is sliced by hand. Each jar is packed by hand, and each jar comes out of the canner one at the time…..by hand.
AMMDP $5.95 per 16 oz. jar

rose ellen's bread and butter pickles

Rose Ellen's Bread & Butter Pickles
These pickles are fairly flexible. They can be used on relish trays or eaten right out of the jar. Like the other pickles, they should be served well chilled. We think our bread and butter pickles are the best because we include the traditional sweet onion slices in the recipe. The onions make the pickles, in our humble opinion. They are best served on sandwiches…..especially cheese sandwiches. (Chef Creasey's secret passion is thick slices of processed American cheese on white bread with mayonnaise and plenty of Rose Ellen's Bread and Butter Pickles and a side of potato chips). These pickles will compliment any sandwich from a cheeseburger to a submarine.
REBBP $5.95 per 16 oz. jar

cousin jonah's pickled habenero peppers

Cousin Jonah's Pickled Habenero Peppers

These peppers should be used sparingly as they are very hot. They are said to be anywhere from 10 to 100 times hotter than a Jalapeno pepper. They can be minced and used in chili, on pizza, in burritos, enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, salsas, dips, dried beans, rice pilafs, casseroles, in a stir fry, in omelets, or in any dish that requires spicy heat to please the adventurous palate. They can be put into a blender and used in spicy drinks too, such as a Bloody Mary or Bloody Maria. Try a little and then taste. If the food or drink is not hot enough, add a little at a time until the desired result is achieved.
CJPHP $5.95 per 16 oz. jar

betty joe's pickled beets

Betty Joe's Pickled Beets
These beets should be served well chilled. Use as a garnish or on a relish tray. Slice in julienne strips and use in salads. Hard-boiled eggs can be added to the pickled beets and their juice to pickle the eggs. The eggs can then be served whole, halved, quartered, or sliced for additional color on a relish tray. For an exotic effect, halve the pickled eggs and remove the yolks. Mash with a fork and add a little yellow mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and some of Uncle Ralph's Green Tomato Picillili. Mix thoroughly and fill the egg white halves for deviled pickled eggs. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
BJPB $5.95 per 16 oz. jar

uncle ralph's green tomatoe picililli

Uncle Ralph's Green Tomatoe Picillili
This relish is very versatile. It can be used on hot dogs and hamburgers as well as egg and cheese sandwiches. It can be used with mayonnaise in tuna or salmon salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, cheese salad, chicken salad, ham salad, pasta salad, or in deviled eggs. It can also be simply mixed half-and-half with mayonnaise and a pinch of Cream of Tartar for a spicy tartar sauce for your seafood dishes.
URGTP $5.95 per 16 oz. jar

grandpa steve's hot pickled okra

Grandpa Steve's Hot Crisp Pickled Okra
Simply put, Grandpa Steve's Pickled Okra should be eaten well chilled right out of the jar. We feel that even if you have never tried okra, but love garlic dill pickles, you will love Grandpa Steve's Pickled Okra. These are very attractive and unique on a relish tray, and as a "different" garnish for sandwiches. We at Creasey's Classic are sure that once you start eating on a jar, you won't quit until the jar is empty, and there is a bonus. There is a hot pepper in the jar if you are feeling spunky.
GSHPO $5.95 per 16 oz. jar
